Design Terms of Business

- Customers are responsible for approval of artwork including proof reading and artwork errors.

- Once artwork has been approved, we cannot be held responsible for production issues resulting from incorrect files approved or supplied.
- Artwork approvals must be in writing and received prior to Wollongong Printing sending work into production
- All artwork must be approved and paid in full by 3pm daily to go into following day production cycle

- Designs to be presented within 24 hours of design brief and payment notification being received
- $55 + GST fee applies if order is cancelled and first artwork proof has been presented

- Alterations presented and invoiced as per prior engagement in design creation.
